1. Client Requirement: The first and the foremost legal documents required by AL-Zafar International is the DEMAND paper with other legal paper attested with it. All the legal documents compulsory required an Attestation from the Chamber of Commerce and the Embassy of Nepal. Demand Paper should include the entire needed category that is required by the client.
2. Approval of Requirements: AL-Zafar International would provide the necessary arrangements in Nepal for providing approval of demand from the Ministry of Labor Department – Nepal.
3. Vacancy Advertisement: To ensure that clients receive a maximum number of quality candidates AL-Zafar International would make a necessary arrangement for publishing client requirements in a local newspaper of Nepal.
4. Scanning Documents: As per the requirement AL-Zafar International would collect and scan all the documents of the candidates to ensure quality candidates are provided to our clients.
5. Pre – Interview Selection: Selected candidates would be called for a pre-interview selection procedure which would be in the form of a short exam/trade test as per the requirement of our client.
6. Providing CVs to Client: Selected candidate’s documents would be forwarded to the client for a further final inspection.
7. Arranging for Final Interview: As per the requirement of our client, AL-Zafar International would provide the necessary arrangements for the final selection procedure in Nepal.
8. Final Selection: Looking at the preference of our client and the nature of the company, the final selection procedure would be carried forward, which would be the last step carried on for the recruitment procedure.
9. Visa: As per the selection list company/client would provide necessary documents, work permit, visa, residential permit to ensure they get a travel permit from Nepal.
10. Medical Test: We will ensure our candidates are physically and mentally fit before they are deployed here from Nepal.
11. Orientation: All the candidates would be provided general classes in different institutions which is approved by the Government of Nepal. This class would generally help those candidates to know the countries and environment they need to cope with.
12. Final Approval from MOL (Nepal): As per the legal documents received (Visa), we make the approval of each candidate from the Ministry of Labor – Nepal.
13. Deployment: After the successful clearance of all the procedures in the final stage we will make sure that the candidates are deployed here from Nepal within a specific time frame.
According to statutory requirement and government regulations, the following documents are to be sent to us by the employer’ on the Company Original Letter Head in order for us to successfully carry out the recruitment drive. All letters must be Embassy or Chamber attested.
1. Demand Letter: Addressed to AL-Zafar International Pvt. Ltd., mentioning numbers of workers required in each category with monthly salaries, a period of the contract, duty hours, food, accommodation, medical facilities, insurance, air passage, and all other benefits to the workers.
2. Power of Attorney: AL-Zafar International Pvt. Ltd., to carry on the recruitment of Nepalese manpower, including meeting up all the necessary formalities as regards to arranging for an interview and trade test sign all necessary documents and employment contacts required by the laws of Nepal, to arrange for passports and for visa endorsement from the respective embassies and to make arrangement for the workers’ passage to the country of employment.
3. Letter of Authority: Addressed to the Consulate General of the concerned embassies, intimating them that the AL-Zafar International Pvt. Ltd., is their appointed and bonafide manpower recruiting agent fully authorized to deal with all visa matters, submission and deliver, with the said Embassy, mentioning the visa number and the date of issue, etc., in the letter.
4. Inter-Party Agreement: Inter-Party Agreement between Employer and AL-Zafar International Pvt. Ltd.
5. Employment Agreement: Address to AL-Zafar International Pvt. Ltd., should execute an Employment Agreement between themselves stating fully and precisely the terms and conditions regarding demand and supply of manpower from Nepal. This agreement must be signed by both parties towards acceptance of stated terms to the execution of the recruitment procedure.
6. Guarantee Letter: Guarantee on behalf of the employer company stating that the workers will be working in the employing country only.
